Армавир, 6 февраля. В Краснодарском крае приступят к ремонту лифтов в многоквартирных домах. Всего в этом году запланировано отремонтировать 774 подъёмника.

- Ремонт лифтов проведут в 254 многоквартирных домах в Краснодаре, Сочи, Армавире, Новороссийске, Геленджике, Анапе, Ейске, Белореченске, Кропоткине и станице Северской, - пояснили портал gorodarmavir.ru в пресс – службе администрации Краснодарского края.

Известно, что на эти цели планируют потратить 1,5 млрд рублей. На сегодняшний день уже 40 лифтов отремонтировано в Сочи. Разрабатывается проектно-сметная документация о другим городам.

– Региональный оператор проводит выбор подрядной организации с помощью торгов на электронной площадке. При этом подрядчик должен состоять в Реестре квалифицированных подрядных организаций, который ведет департамент строительства края, – отметили в министерстве ТЭК и ЖКХ региона.

В ведомстве добавили, что на Кубани больше всего многоквартирных домов с лифтами находится в Краснодаре, Сочи, Армавире, Новороссийске, Геленджике и Туапсе.
